Prior to placing your order with Cool Kids Luggage you must ensure that the goods are suitable for your needs.

Advertised prices on CoolKidsLuggage.com exclude delivery.  The price of goods may vary from that advertised, if so, you will have the opportunity to have your order refunded if you wish.

Please be advised that Cool Kids Luggage reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the items on our website that have been displayed with errors of price or information.  No contract has been made with you until your order has been dispatched.

UK Preordered goods will be subject to a non refundable processing fee if the goods are pre-ordered more than 2 weeks in advance of their expected arrival time and the order is cancelled for any reason after 30 days.  Fees applicable are £5 for 20inch cases £7 for 24inch cases £9 for 28inch cases and £12 for 3 piece sets.  If you wish to be added to a stockwatch list and be notified of when the item is back in stock, please contact us at customerservice@coolkidsluggage.com quoting stockwatch and the item name and number you would like to be updated on. 

Payments

UK based products are charged in GBP, whilst US based products are charged in USD.  Please ensure you have selected the correct country to complete your purchase, items from a different country will not be available on the price set if you have not selected the correct country origin.  USD payments and US shipping destinations can only be paid by PayPal.  GBP payments for UK delivery destinations can be made with both PayPal and Google Checkout.

Delivery details are dependent on the product brand ordered and its primary warehouse location.  As our fantastic brands grow we hope to make it easier and more cost effective to have any of our great product ranges delivered internationally.  At the moment, please note carefully where your purchase is distributed from and delivery destinations available.

Dabbawalla Bags^TM  Delivery Details

Shipping is direct from our distribution centre in the USA.  In stock items are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of your order and payment confirmation at Cool KidsLuggage.  Payment confirmation usually takes 2-3days.  This dispatch time frame is dependent on stock availbaility through our suppliers.  Items ordered on request will usually be dispatched within 7-10days from payment confirmation at CKL.

Items will be dispatched by USPS or Federal Express Ground at $9.99 for lunch bags and $12.99 for BackPacks.  Express Shipping can be requested at $40.00.

If you register via our offers page, we will email you a code to get $5 off your first purchase.

International Shipping of Dabbawalla^TM

Is currently not available for this product range.  Delivery to US and Peurto Rico only at this time.  If you are interested in these items and do not have a US delivery address, please let us know of your interest so we can work towards distribution to new areas.

Picture Case^TM  Delivery Details

Shipping is direct from our distribution centre in the UK.  In stock items are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of your order and payment confirmation at Cool KidsLuggage.  Payment confirmation may take 2-3days if paying via Google Checkout.  PayPal Payments can usually be confirmed immediately.  This dispatch time frame is dependent on stock availbaility through our suppliers.  Items are often received within 48 hours of dispatch however this time frame is not guaranteed.  Guaranteed Next Day* delivery can be arranged at an additional fee.

Items will be dispatched by UK Business Post and current shipping costs are;

UK Mainland:  £9.99.  £28.00 to

Ireland and British Isles:  £28.00 

Guaranteed Next Day* Delivery:  £45.00.

*Items ordered before 10am with payment confirmed will be dispatched same day.  Orders taken after 10am or on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Subject to stock availability.

International Shipping of Picture Case^TM

CKL is now shipping to various international destinations by special arrangement.  Prices for shipping need to be confirmed at the time of sale as they are subject to change.  If an order has been placed and there is any difference in shipping costs, you will be notified of the difference and an additional payment will be requested or you may cancel the order at that time.  For those countries not listed in the checkout pricing structure, please contact us for details and an email invoice wil be generated.  For all international shipping, PayPal is the only method of payment that will be accepted automatcially through this site, alternatively payment by direct bank transfers can be arranged.

Some examples of international shipping costs at the time of publishing for an individual case, nest of 3, or cuties set include;

Europe A:  Mainland: France, Spain, Italy, Germany,Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Austria: £45.00

Europe B:  Mainland; All Other European Mainland Destinationds: £65.00

It is possible that goods imported into your country may be subject to your country's local importing taxes.  CoolKidsLuggage.com takes no responsibility for the cost of importing goods that may be imposed by the importing country's customs or border control equivalent.  Any goods that are returned to CoolKidsLuggage.com as a result of failure of the customer to pay any potential importing costs will not be eligible for refund and repeat postage charges would be incurred for a repeat dispatch.  We recommend that you check with your country regarding any additional costs associated with the purchase and importation of goods from the UK to your location. 

Returns Policy

We guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 7 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange.

*Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable.  Cool Kids Luggage has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition.

Returns Procedure :

You can return unused items for 7 days from the receipt of shipment. Return postage costs are at the expense of the consumer. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item less all* postage costs and a restocking fee of £12 for UK dispatch products and $12.00 for US dispatched items . Your credit will appear after Cool Kids Luggage has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

1. Notify us of your shipment details and reason for exchange at customerservice@coolkidsluggage.com. This should only be for faulty products on receipt of delivery or wrong items sent.

2. Return unused items within 7 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang  tags attached and in the original box.

 

*Full shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.  It is possible the advertised price of shipping is less than the true cost of shipping as it has been subsidised by Cool Kids Luggage (with or without your knowledge).  In those instances where this has occurred and a refund or exchange is requested. The full costs of shipping will be applied to any exchange item or deducted from any refund.
